Who we are

TaxModel Services B.V. (“we”), Oranje Nassaulaan 14, 5211 AW ’s-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number 42144064, is the controller for personal data processed through this website. You can reach us at hank@taxmodelservices.com.

What we collect and why

• Contact and meeting requests: your name, email, and optionally company, role and message, to respond to your request (legitimate interest, or steps prior to entering into a contract).
• Quick Scan: your answers are stored anonymously to improve our benchmark. If you choose to leave your name and email, we use them to send you a reflection on your results.
• Client portal: your account details and the documents you upload, to deliver our services to you (performance of a contract).

Who processes data on our behalf

We use a small number of service providers that act as our processors under data processing agreements:

• Supabase stores form submissions, portal accounts and portal documents in a data centre in London (United Kingdom, covered by an EU adequacy decision).
• Vercel hosts this website.
• Cloudflare Turnstile checks that forms are submitted by a person and not by an automated bot. To do so it processes technical information such as your IP address and browser characteristics. It does not use this information for advertising.
• Resend sends the emails generated by this website, such as portal confirmation emails and notifications of your requests to us, from its EU region (Ireland).
• Microsoft 365 is our business email provider, where notifications of your requests are received.

Some of these providers are established in the United States. Where personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area, this takes place on the basis of the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Contact and meeting requests are kept for up to two years after our last contact. Portal documents are kept for the duration of the engagement and deleted on request or when no longer needed, unless we are legally required to retain them.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, object to its processing, or ask for data portability by emailing us. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The client portal stores a session token in your browser only to keep you signed in. When you use a form, Cloudflare Turnstile may use strictly necessary technical storage to complete its security check.
